Cancellation/Return Policy

 

Thank you for your interest in FreeCyberAlerts.com.  We want you to have the best products and solutions to protect your Digital Privacy and Security.  If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

Membership Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Membership at any time.  Log in to your account and go to My Subscriptions to cancel.  After cancellation, no future billings will occur.  We do not provide refunds for prior billings.

Special Discounts on Products and Services

Our Special Discount Offers are provided by our Affiliate Partner Network.  Please contact those Partners directly to cancel any products or services purchased from them.

Products in the FreeCyberAlerts Shop

We allow returns on most items for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please check the product details for any return details specific to that item.

 

Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.  Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items

  • Items you have modified 

  • Other items marked as non-returnable

However, if your item is defective or damaged, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.  See Defective and Damaged Items below.

You can choose to receive store credit for your return, exchange, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.  Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.

After submitting your Return Authorization via the link above, we’ll provide return instructions. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of purchase.

 

Defective and Damaged Items:

Shipping Damage

While we do work diligently with shipping carriers to arrange cost effective shipping for you, we unfortunately cannot process shipping damage claims on their behalf.  Please contact your shipping carrier directly for any shipping related damage claims.

Manufacturer Defects

We know how frustrating this situation can be and we apologize for your less than perfect experience.  We will work with you to help you with an exchange, or provide a refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Note that return shipping for manufacture defective items is free.
