Membership

Access to our Alert Solutions, Member Forum, and other Select Features are available only through Digital Memberships.  These Digital Products are enabled immediately upon Purchase & Sign Up.

​Future recurring payments will be based on date of sale and selected recurrence plan at checkout.

All our physical products will specify an estimated delivery time that is shown at checkout.​

​Shipping Carriers and Damage

We use industry trusted shipping carriers.  These trusted carriers stand behind their shipping services.  While we do work diligently with these shipping carriers to arrange cost effective shipping for you, we do not manage carriers shipping, nor can we process shipping damage claims on their behalf.  Please contact your shipping carrier directly for any concerns about service levels or shipping related damage claims.

 

Shipping Service Levels and Mixed Mode Shipments

We use industry trusted shipping carriers.  These trusted carriers publish and support their own delivery service levels.  Sometimes if you select several different item types, then you will get mixed methods of shipping, which are consolidated into one shipping line item.  The shipping service levels for each item type are normally several business days*.  If you want to see the individual item type shipping charges, then simply unselect the other items to see any specific item shipping details.

*Shipping to California, Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska or Washington can be longer.  Apologies, but we cannot support shipments outside the USA at this time.
